Shipping Policy

We ship every SHUNYA WATCHES order pan India, with free shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days
• Remote / rural pin codes: up to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, regional restrictions, or courier delays beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on all orders across serviceable pin codes. You can also pay online via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability at the time of delivery, or refusal to accept COD, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.
