Cancellation Policy

Plans change — here's how order cancellations work at SHUNYA WATCHES.

Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched. Message us on our Contact Us page with your order number and we'll cancel it right away.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, see our Exchange Policy for a 3-day damaged-piece exchange.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, cancellation requests are accepted any time before the order ships. Repeated refusal of COD orders at the doorstep may result in COD being disabled for future orders on your account.

Prepaid Orders Cancelled Before Dispatch

If you paid online and cancel before dispatch, the amount is issued as store credit towards a future order. In line with our exchange-only policy, we do not process cash refunds.
